CNC Programmer (Nakamuras) (Manufacturing)

In this role, you'll be instrumental in translating engineering designs into life-saving products.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Nakamura-Tome turning centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for manufacturing medical components.Select and manage appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workholding methods to achieve tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.Troubleshoot and resolve programming and setup issues to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and enhance overall quality.Collaborate with our quality team to inspect first-run parts and make necessary program adjustments to meet stringent quality standards.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of programs, setups, and processes to ensure repeatability and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485).
