Were hiring a motivated and experienced Lawncare Crew Lead to supervise and work alongside our outdoor maintenance team. If youre a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for keeping landscapes pristine, this is your opportunity to grow with us.
What Youll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the lawncare team

Lead by example in mowing, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and debris removal

Ensure work quality, safety standards, and timely completion of tasks

Train and mentor crew members

Communicate with management regarding schedules, supplies, and maintenance needs

Make recommendations for landscape improvements and pest control solutions

What Were Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required

Prior experience in lawncare and team leadership preferred

Strong knowledge of fertilization, pest, weed, and insect control

Pesticide certification a plus

Valid Drivers License & reliable transportation required

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to walk, kneel, bend, and stand for long periods

Flexible schedule; ability to work evenings/weekends as needed

Travel required
