The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for the execution of Wagner Equipment Co.'s and Wagner Rents equipment ordering, demand planning, and new inventory management strategies (machines and attachments) in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This position must be able to provide a clear demand signal that is based on maximizing inventory turns, rental washout, inventory spend, and order accuracy while minimizing exposure to aged assets. This position will also be responsible for managing a respective portion of the Sales & Operations Planning process to ensure that the ordering of machines and attachments will happen in a timely manner that meets the needs of stakeholders while minimizing the time spent in inventory. Constant communication and execution of the defined processes are essential.
Pay Rate: $70,212.99 - $96,548.42 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
