100% FTE, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Education :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
Licenses and Certifications :
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Wisconsin Required
Certified athletic trainer or EMT or have taken an approved Emergency Responder Course Required
