Sr. Executive Assistant - Finance (Finance)



Location: Evergreen Administration (13898 NE 28th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p ( with flexibility required for early/late meetings as needed )

Hiring wage is generally between $29.95-$37.15 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

As a Sr. Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support for the CFO and Directors of our financial support teams:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Facilitate contract renewals and storage
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Support budgeting and spreadsheet development
  • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Executive Assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with calendar and travel management
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.

Pay Range:
$29.39 - $44.09

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
