🛎️ What You'll Do:
As a CNA on our NOC shift, you'll provide essential hands-on care and support to our residents, helping them feel safe and comfortable through the night. Key duties include:

• Assisting with daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, etc.)
• Responding promptly to call lights and ensuring resident comfort
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Supporting restorative and rehabilitative care as instructed
• Helping prepare residents for tests, treatments, or transfers
• Keeping rooms clean, safe, and welcoming for each resident
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following facility policies
• Creating an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and dignity

👩‍⚕️ What We're Looking For:

• Active CNA license in California (required)
• Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of teamwork
• Reliability and dedication to providing excellent resident care
• Willingness to support residents' physical and emotional needs with respect and kindness
