WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a PM coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when their equipment is serviced by Pape'. Every day, you will be responsible for managing your field technician's schedules and preparing reports of our customer base, as well as our rental fleet, to maintain the timely servicing our customers have come to expect. You will provide excellent service to customers in person, through email, on the phone and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detail oriented person, enjoy a team effort, and have a winning attitude.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team.
• Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling market are preferred.
• Automotive/Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $22.67-32.87/hr (Depending on Experience)
