Inside Sales Representative – OEM Division (Marketing)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from OEM customers.
Provide product information, pricing, availability, and technical support.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and order confirmations.
Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment through ERP/CRM systems.
Maintain relationships with OEM clients and respond promptly to customer concerns or issues.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling complementary products or services.
Collaborate with engineering, production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers.
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and customer interactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, market trends, and industry standards.
Assist with account management and renewal activities, including pricing reviews and contract support.
Support sales team with lead follow-up, customer data, and project coordination.
Runs monthly project closure, and project status reports
Other duties as assigned.
