Rental & Service Coordinator (Project Management)



SITECH West is seeking a Field Service Technician to install GPS and Laser based positioning & data products on various makes and models of Construction equipment. In addition to equipment installations, you will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair these systems ensuring that our customers are productive. SUMMARY

Fields customer calls and processes customer orders by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets all walk in customers.
  • Promptly answers all incoming phone calls and routes calls appropriately.
  • Performs a function test on all incoming rental equipment.
  • Clean all incoming rental equipment.
  • Prepare all outgoing rental equipment according to needed configuration.
  • Pull parts as needed.
  • Receive incoming shipments.
  • Maintain all incoming parts and equipment.
  • Pull and stage orders for installation and for sale.
  • Clean office as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Some driving may be required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or (GED) and one plus years of experience are required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.  The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.  The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
