In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations while working alongside a supportive and dynamic team. All applicants must be located in the Eau Claire/Chippewa Valley Area & include a resume, cover letter, transcript and their anticipated graduation date when applying. If selected for the internship, you must be able to commit to the full 15 months and be enrolled at a university throughout the length of the internship. Must be able to work onsite at the Royal Credit Union Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI, throughout the school year and during breaks.

The Organizational Talent Services (HR) Intern will integrate their educational background with real-life applications in the workplace by working with the Talent Services Team to perform a variety of day-to-day administrative duties and activities along with assisting with a wide range of projects and tasks related to recruiting and onboarding.
