What You'll Be Responsible For
Financial Health & Accuracy
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close
Analyze and report on profitability, budget variances, cash flow, and working capital
Maintain financial systems with high attention to accuracy, structure, and deadlines
Operational & Market Metrics
Own financial metrics related to market share, sales growth, CAC, CLV, and DSO
Provide analytical insight to support leadership decisions
Monitor internal controls and drive efficiency across AR, AP, and vendor management
Workflow & Compliance
Ensure vendor records, insurance, and agreements are complete and accurate
Process payables within 5 days, properly coded
Maintain receivables below 25% past due
Prepare accurate month-end financials within 5 working days
Oversee payroll and benefits processing for accuracy and compliance
