Payment Processor (Administrative)

The Payment Processor will be responsible for applying incoming payments and making necessary updates to loans in ACBS along with miscellaneous production tasks within a specialized production team.  The Payment Processor will support the Renewal and New Business Departments. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage Past Due Premium Report and call Insurance Carriers to confirm non-financed premium payments weekly
  • Apply incoming payments after confirming payment came from approved Party to Deal
  • Manage Team email inbox
  • Review submitted cases and update ACBS accordingly
  • Build solid relationships to ensure transparent feedback and successful partnerships

Knowledge/Skills/Background

  • 0-3 years of financial services or insurance industry experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • ACBS experience a plus

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00 - $31.25 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
