Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (Finance)

The FP&A Analyst will play a critical part in driving data-driven decision-making by providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results; identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Support cost analysis and margin improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis.
• Contribute to the development of standardized reporting tools and automation of financial processes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems and reports.

Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing finance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
