This role is designed to support your transition from academia to industry.

At The Cigna Group, we're passionate about delivering customer-focused healthcare solutions. Our Sales and Contracting Development Program (SCDP) is an onboarding and training program for early-career professionals.

Network Track Experience

You'll participate in interactive sessions led by facilitators and subject matter experts, with potential for in-person collaboration and coaching. Field experiences will be hosted virtually or in your assigned market, allowing you to apply program concepts in real-world settings alongside your local team.
