  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on working experience in Business Process Automation
  • Deep working knowledge of Appian, Servicenow and UiPath automation platforms
  • Experience in Process mining, Data mining and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
  • Good experience in integrating automation tools with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP) and Mulesoft
  • Desire to work with diverse groups to identify opportunities for automation and new technologies
  • Strong design thinking skills, ability to think outside the box to create value for customers
  • Fluent English
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions to customers
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Manufacturing accounting/ finance process experience
  • Good hands-on experience in leading Business Process Automation, RPA and workflow management (WFM) applications
  • Driving user adoption of workflow management and robotic automation

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced RPA Developer locatedin Atlanta, GA

Responsible for collaborating in evangelizing, automating, supporting and implementing Business Process Automation across TKE north America. The employee will use an entrepreneurial spirit combined with process knowledge, technology awareness and leadership skills to help manage and grow the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) around the chosen iBPMS and RPA technologies. Working in conjunction with IT professional staff, the employee will work with a team of process automation specialists to execute the digitization and automation of back office processes for the SSC. This is a highly visible position requiring the development of solid working relationships with company leadership, technical staff, consultants

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the NA Business Process Automation opportunity pipeline / demand and its curation
  • Partner and collaborate with internal business customers, quality team and integrated IT systems to identify and evaluate automation opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate "design thinking" sessions with business partners leading to automation opportunities
  • Demonstrate center of excellence capabilities to business partners
  • Proactively evaluate emerging automation platforms and technologies
  • Create High Level automation designs used by delivery teams for development
  • Have a solid understanding of technical architectures, data modeling, data & software integration techniques and technical change management
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma quality techniques
  • Manage and maintain CoE automation design standards
  • Manage automation design resources and partners
  • Ensure that designed solutions meet standards, business requirements, and performance goals
  • Measure and report opportunity pipeline KPIs and progress against agreed to targets
  • Contribute in identifying the best technologies and platforms to implement based on CoE goals and strategy
  • Communicate the Center of Excellence technology strategy to business partners and customers
