The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Project Management Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Project Management and Execution: Oversee critical projects and initiatives on behalf of the CFO, ensuring alignment with the overall Finance strategy. Manage stakeholder relationships across various organizations in Solventum including externally to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.

  • play a critical role in partnering with the Leadership Team (LT) to drive strategic projects for organizational performance improvements.
  • Develop investor relations project plan for communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders (e.g., investors, lawyers, bankers, PR) Support the identification and tracking of investor relations-related risks and mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with Solventum Leaders and external advisors to help drive alignment against project plans and timelines
  • Help facilitating stakeholders in making key program decisions
  • Assist with the coordination of ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed
  • Additional projects as assigned in support of the finance organization strategic plan

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of Project/Program Management, Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data,
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide projects with direct engagement and collaboration with senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • An advanced degree such as an MBA.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • Significant program leadership experience across multiple functions.
  • Ability to drive improvements in both operational and non-operational areas, including connecting cross-functional resources to remove waste along extended value streams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Breadth of diverse experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide work to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Travel: May include up to 20%domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
