Reliability Coordinator (Architecture)

Must meet all requirements of Millwright III or Electrician III plus the following:

  1. Develops action plans to improve equipment performance and reliability
  2. Develop a reliability process for all new equipment installation
  3. Plans and schedules maintenance work assignments
  4. Develops new hire training schedules for millwrights
  5. Schedule new and refresher training for current personnel
  6. Implements work standards as created by the Planners and Maintenance Superintendent
  7. Develop best work practice tools list
  8. Create “runtime” PMs, new PMs, and revise current PMs
  9. Develop lubrication standards and practices
  10. Construct a plan to identify predictive maintenance measures (i.e., length of service, associated costs)
  11. Assists in mechanical troubleshooting, Coastal Machine Center Improvements (CMCI), and root cause analysis.
  12. Work with Department Superintendents to create Basic Care program for operators (simple lubrication, proper maintenance of heat exchangers and bearings).
  13. Assist with annual budgeting process to enhance reliability
  14. Follows company policies, procedures and safety rules
