About the Role

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with finance leadership, departmental stakeholders, and the Business Intelligence team to support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and the evolution of our financial systems—including Adaptive Planning and BI dashboards. Your work will influence decisions across the business by helping leaders better understand financial results, trends, and strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by working closely with department heads and finance leadership to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives, and assist with long-term planning efforts
  • Assist in the preparation of the company's monthly reporting package, including analysis of actual performance versus budget and forecast, incorporating relevant business drivers and market dynamics
  • Prepare and present recurring financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses that deliver meaningful insights to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide financial insights, track departmental initiatives, and support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, cost initiatives, capital expenditures, and other planning needs
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment decisions
  • Work alongside the Business Intelligence Manager and broader team to help administer Adaptive Planning and assist in the development of dashboards and self-service reports
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, automate workflows, and enhance data integrity
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and department leaders to support reporting on headcount, expenses, CapEx, and project performance

Experience / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business operations beyond the numbers
  • Experience using Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills with a solid foundation in financial modeling best practices
  • Comfortable interpreting and working with financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Familiarity with private equity-backed businesses is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner across all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and contribute across a range of tasks, from tactical to strategic
