Position Overview:
The Commercial Product Manager will be responsible for helping ensure the competitiveness of Wintrust's commercial/treasury management products and services, driving the execution of identified strategic initiatives forward. This includes responsibility for the development and implementation of new products and projects assigned, working closely with internal team members and external vendors. The Commercial Product Manager is expected to have a solid understanding of the competitive landscape related to pricing, functionality and the competitive advantages of products managed.
What you'll do:
Serve as subject matter expert for products assigned, supporting internal sales teams and external customers.
Manage projects as assigned managing through matrixed resources to deliver results on schedule.
Provide/recommend/identify new product and revenue opportunities.
Review existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommend where automation or improvement processes can be implemented.
Qualifications:
5+ years related work experience in commercial banking product management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
College degree in related area strongly preferred but not required.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - 110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
