XT Principal - Hybrid (Finance)



Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative individual to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the XT (Office of Excellence and Transformation) portfolio. This role is responsible for managing complex program dependencies, aligning priorities across teams, and ensuring seamless execution in partnership with matrixed stakeholders and senior leadership. The ideal candidate for this role brings robust industry experience, strong strategic execution skills, excels at stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment and execution across multiple XT-sponsored commitments by identifying, tracking, and managing interdependencies, risks, and milestones. This work will include definition and scoping of projects, alignment with business sponsors and key stakeholders, oversight and support for project execution, and communication of status and risks.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for prioritized initiatives among matrix partners and senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and/or prioritization sessions, governance meetings, short-term and long-term decision-making, and status reviews to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, dashboards, and communication tools to support decision-making and visibility.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact program delivery, escalating as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Partner with executive-level leadership to assess program health, prioritize initiatives, and support strategic planning efforts.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared ownership across teams.
  • Support the overall XT governance structure to drive connection across workstreams to attain our goals.
  • Support as needed on broader XT-sponsored projects and initiatives.

  • Ability to think and implement at the enterprise level.
  • Experience implementing strategic and large scale initiatives projects in a challenging, change-oriented, fast-paced environment with a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and/or projects using appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to quickly gather and synthesize information, draw appropriate conclusions, and make value-added recommendations.
  • Understanding of clinical, operational, and financial drivers of healthcare industry and organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity.
  • 10+ years professional experience, deep knowledge of healthcare required, with exposure to consulting or experience in a provider organization, a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's level degree or similar experience highly preferred.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 126,800 - 211,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
