Air Sampling Technician (Finance)



H2M architects and engineers is seeking an Environmental Air Sampling Technician.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in conducting remedial investigations, site inspections and interactions with clients, field crews, subcontractors and remediation contractors. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within an established and diverse environmental services discipline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Field work, including but not limited to: soil and groundwater sampling, witness excavation activities for petroleum spills and monitoring.
  • Communicating with a project team and interaction with clients.
  • Corresponding with regulatory agencies.
  • Development of work plans and report writing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications
  • Associate degree and some previous environmental field work; or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science related discipline required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to drive to and from jobsites as necessary [transporting equipment necessary to perform field activities].
  • 40 Hour Hazwoper training highly desirable
  • Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license

The salary range for this role is $18 - $21 an hour.
