- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to create and implement customized care plans.
- Use our modern rehab gym to guide patients through exercises that build strength, balance, and independence.
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and long-term wellness.
- Document progress and celebrate achievements!
- Licensed Physical Therapist in California
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is a plus!
