Location: Manhattan, Kansas

As an Electrician Helper at LB&B Associates, Inc., youll work side-by-side with licensed electricians, assisting in the maintenance and repair of systems that keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. What Youll Do
Get ready for a fast-paced, rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to learn and shine! Key responsibilities include:
Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
Help prepare and clean work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and ready for use.
Carry, retrieve, and manage materials, tools, and parts to support efficient project completion.
Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Perform routine inspections and help document maintenance activities as directed.
Practice strict adherence to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Support emergency response efforts by promptly assisting with urgent electrical issues under supervision.
Participate in preventative maintenance tasks and help identify potential hazards.
Assist with inventory management to track and organize electrical supplies and tools.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to support project goals.
