Director, Finance (Project Management)
Lead and mentor the Finance Department, providing daily supervision, evaluations, and professional development.
Oversee purchasing and procurementdriving cost efficiency, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance.
Manage daily accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Board, MDHHS, SAMHSA, and other agencies.
Assist in annual budget preparation and ongoing financial planning.
Coordinate and support audits, grant reporting, and cost allocation processes.
Develop, revise, and implement finance policies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Proven leadership in finance or accounting within a complex organization.
Strong understanding of GAAP and governmental reporting requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and integrity.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on financial management.
