Business Analyst (Finance)
Key Responsibilities
Core Focus Areas
Generate, analyze, and present reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for operational and HR metrics.
Prepare presentations and business documents with strong attention to layout, clarity, and executive-readiness.
Executive & Administrative Support
Prepare confidential information for the COO and HR leadership.
Complete and reconcile expense reports on behalf of executives.
Coordinate leadership schedules to ensure timely delivery of reports and meeting materials.
Maintain and update executive calendars and schedules.
Documentation & Organization
Format and manage documents, memos, letters, and reports for executive leadership.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files including proprietary business information and reference materials.
Event & Travel Coordination
Manage event logistics, travel itineraries, and expense tracking for executives.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
HR Support
Assist with HR system/software support across all Legacy facilities.
Contribute to reporting and data integrity for HR functions.
Support ongoing projects related to recruitment, onboarding, or employee data as needed.
Qualifications
1-3 years of professional experience in a business analyst, executive support, HR, or administrative role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with charts, pivot tables, and visual storytelling.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred but Not Required
Experience supporting HR departments or systems
Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site operations.
