The Customer Support Coordinator Manufacturing & Sales Support serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk. This role goes beyond traditional duties by incorporating outbound customer outreach, ERP data management, and a working knowledge of manufacturing business practices. The ideal candidate is actively engaged, comfortable with cold calling, and capable of supporting multiple departments by bridging customer interaction, administrative functions, and manufacturing operations.
