As an AccountsReceivableClerk,your role is a key support function for the accounting team. You will be responsible for entry-level accounts receivable and clerical work, which will include posting all accounts receivable data in a confidential and timely manner; processing and posting various monthly billing invoices, and generating relevant billing reports. Your role as an Accounts Payable Clerk will also include being a proactive team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Accounts ReceivableClerk:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the accounting department.Perform daily and monthly cash receipts reconciliationsResearch, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies related to cash receipts.Provide assistance and support to company personnel.Input data such as invoices, checks received, deposits, account statements, reports, and other records.Contact individuals with delinquent accounts and ensure customers accept payments or refunds

Qualifications of the AccountsPayableClerk:
2+ years of accounts payable experienceREQUIRED.No collections experience is required!Tekion experience is a plus.Must be able to work under deadlines.Highly proficient computer skills needed with Google Office, Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Required.High degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential informationMust be able to provide quick turnaround of unanticipated requests and prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effective and efficient completion of assigned tasksExcellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to maintain performance in high-pressure situations.Strong business acumen and judgment are necessary.Strong interpersonal skills, exercising discretion and diplomacy in working with others, including all levels of management.
