The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other CRM and automation tools. This role ensures that marketing systems support business objectives through seamless campaign execution, data accuracy, and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of technical expertise, marketing acumen, and analytical skills.

Pay Rate:  $64,132.23 - $88,238.84 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

Essential Functions:

  • Administer and optimize the company's marketing platforms, including CRM (e.g., HubSpot), ZoomInfo, and integrated tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, lead generation, segmentation, and nurturing programs.
  • Maintain data integrity within the CRM, including list management, enrichment, and cleansing.
  • Design, build, and troubleshoot automation workflows, lead scoring, and triggers within marketing platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement new martech tools to enhance campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure system integrations between CRM, email marketing, CMS, and other platforms function reliably.
  • Support training and documentation efforts for marketing technology processes.
  • Stay current with marketing technology trends and recommend strategic enhancements.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Experience working with tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, data segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and process improvements.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • HubSpot or other relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and IT.
