Senior Project Manager (Finance)



Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager in Horsham, PA.

Job Description: Determine and define project scope and objectives. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track and manage project costs to meet budget. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Monitor progress and adjust as needed. Manage project quality and customer satisfaction. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Eligible for remote work up to 3 days/wk.

Requirements: Position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, IT Systems, Automation or related field and progressive, post-bachelor's experience (5 years with Master's or 7 years with Bachelor's) in Project Management for Electrical Automation Microgrids Projects, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Project managing MV/LV switchgears, Electrical Automation, SCADA, and Microgrids projects; Implementing and measuring KPIs to improve project performance; Implementing contractual clauses and T&C's; Using technical engineering and business programs (AutoCAD, SAP, SGV, Alma); Preparing and analyzing reports (Project status report, Risk report, Time tracking report, Variance report); and Project management methodologies (waterfall and kanban).
