Executive Administrative Spec (Finance)
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least six years of experience in an office or administrative support position. Post-secondary education may be substituted up to a maximum of two years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 8 to 10 years' experience in the administrative/ management field.
Experience working in a university environment.
Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle and Google applications, executive support and executive travel management.
This position may be subject to a Level 1 or Level 2 criminal background check.

Plan, prioritize, and schedule meetings and appointments, provide daily briefing of the next day's schedule, and confirm all RVCUA appointments. Provide scheduling support for other work groups as necessary. Coordinate and collaborate with other university administration Executive Administrative Specialists within USFSP and USF System.

Correspondence and communication: Receive, screen, and respond to calls and messages for RVCUA and staff when necessary. Manage the flow of communications for the RVCUA including drafting letters, memorandums, coversheets, and other necessary correspondence for internal and external audiences.

Leads executive Office Management for UA. This includes daily processing of mail and gifts as received, following USF System guidelines related to purchasing and bidding services, contract solicitation, submission and administration, fund reconciliation and management, fulfilling human resources and payroll administrative requirements including leave administration, and supporting necessary reporting requirements - including ability to pull reports- for FAST, PCARD, Archivum, GEMS, and USF Foundation systems.

Project Administration: Provide administrative support for special initiatives and projects identified by the RVCUA. Plan and coordinate events related to such projects.
