This position is located in our Buffalo, NY office with opportunity to be on a hybrid schedule and a few days remote per week.

We're looking for a Technical Enablement Engineer - Microsoft 365 AI/Copilot to join our high-energy team and lead the charge in enabling resellers and supporting end-customer sales across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is a unique blend of technical evangelism, solution design, and strategic enablement. You'll be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot, helping partners unlock its full potential and guiding customers through their AI-powered productivity journey.

As a Technical Enablement Engineer - Microsoft 365 AI/Copilot, you will be a key player in empowering our reseller partners to effectively sell and support Microsoft 365 solutions. Your role involves providing technical expertise, training, and guidance to reseller partners teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

Your role:

  • Deliver hands-on training, workshops, demos, and scalable resources to build reseller partner proficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping resellers position, deploy, and support Copilot solutions aligned with modern business needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights to stakeholders, influence investment decisions, and represent the company at industry events. Translate customer business challenges into Copilot-driven solutions.
  • Provide feedback loops from customer engagements to inform product improvements and partner strategies.
  • Stay current on Copilot updates and translate technical features into business value for partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner forums as a subject matter expert.
  • Align with internal teams to ensure technical enablement supports broader business goals.

What you bring to the role:

  • A four-year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) with at least 5 years of specific experience.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts and Copilot technologies is preferred
  • Proven success in partner enablement, technical training, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ability to adapt technical content for different audiences and concepts into business value conversations
  • Preferred experience working with reseller partners, preferably in a technical enablement or training capacity
  • Travel 10-25%, 1-2x a quarter
  • Familiarity with Security, Azure and Cloud Services is advantageous.
  • Holds advanced badges and certifications in "advanced solutions" technology categories

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,500.00 - $136,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
