• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

• 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.

• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.

• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

THE BUSINESS UNIT

Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.

  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and implement cutting edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
  • Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
