Sales & Group Rooms Coordinator - Conrad Indianapolis (Finance)




The Conrad Indianapolis is looking for their next Sales and Group Rooms Coordinator.

The city's first true luxury hotel, it features 247 total guestrooms and more than 15,000 square feet of intimate state-of-the-art function space and 3 food and beverage outlets for guests.

Our ideal candidate will have administrative experience in a hotel environment, preferably in a guest-facing role, with the ability to learn proprietary sales systems and strong multitasking skills.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to department managers

• Perform general office duties such as typing, emailing, filing, data entry and correspondence.

• Assist with special projects as needed

• Review and audit group bookings entered into Salesforce/Delphi to ensure accuracy and completeness of information for seamless turnover to other hotel departments

• Work with managers on booking details and group-related needs

• Answer incoming guest calls, both internal and external; monitor multiple inboxes related to bookings and group requests

• Audit OnQ PM for reservation accuracy, with attention to special requests, coding issues, and billing requirements

• Review actualized rooms for potential billing errors

• Review group pickup; assist in ensuring proper availability of room types and balancing as necessary using OnQ RNI

• Initiate and prepare reports, as well as assist with other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of hotel experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous demands of the team
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Hilton brand experience preferred
  • Experience with OnQ or Delphi a plus!
