iTech AG is hiring for a UI/UX Designer with ServiceNow expertise, who plays a critical role in shaping user experiences within the ServiceNow platform by creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that align with both user needs and business goals. This role sits at the intersection of design, development, and platform configuration, requiring a deep understanding of ServiceNow's UI architecture, capabilities, and constraints.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver user-centric interfaces, user workflows, and design solutions for ServiceNow applications, including portals, workspaces, platform, and custom modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with ServiceNow's design standards and best practices.
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure solutions are intuitive, efficient, and accessible.
Ensure seamless integration of branding, visual design, and responsive behavior within the Now Experience framework.
Work closely with developers to guide the implementation of UI components using ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, and scoped applications.
Continuously optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Maintain and mature multi-platform style guides and design systems
Present and walk through your design solutions in team and management meetings, and leadership presentations
Create and manage Jira design tickets
Create and maintain Confluence spaces for HCD and UX designs, UX testing results, and program design decisions
Perform UX activities regarding A|B and usability testing to acquire design data
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Hands-on experience designing within the ServiceNow platform, especially in:
Service Portal
App Engine Studio
Workspace design
Knowledge of ServiceNow's Design System (Now Design System) and platform constraints.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how designs are translated into front-end code (not necessarily full coding skills, but a strong awareness).
