Senior Treasury Analyst (Finance)

The Senior Treasury Analyst will assist with all treasury functions for the corporation, Trust and other related entities. This includes all activities related to banking, cash management and investments. The position will also assist with special projects and financial analyses.

Essential Functions for this role include:

  • Bank Relationship Management:  Assist in developing and maintaining corporate, Trust and other banking relationships that pertain to general banking, credit, cash management services, and investments. Evaluate the ongoing performance and pricing structure of banks in each of the categories; recommend and implement approved changes where necessary.
  • Debt Management:  Assist with directing corporate, Trust and other debt programs based upon ongoing analyses of current and projected credit needs.  Monitor and ensure availability of lines of credit and other long term credit facilities.  Establish approved additional credit facilities where existing financial relationships are not sufficient or when needs change.
  • Cash Management:  Forecast and report daily cash position of the corporation. Prepare and recommend cash strategies for corporate monthly cash flow projections, Trust and other entities to ensure the optimal use of available cash.  Provide for cash management services for all entities with state-of-the art services at competitive prices.  Manage demand accounts, lock box services, wire transfer activity, ACH services, zero balance disbursement accounts, automated and direct investment accounts, and all other bank products and services.  Analyze bank fee data and on account services and prepare yearly bank fee budget.
  • Investment Management:  Research and process purchased securities for MissionSquare corporate portfolio.  Research, recommend and process securities purchased for corporate portfolios.  Research information, compile data and prepare MissionSquare monthly Treasury Investment Report on the Corporate Portfolio. 
  • Other duties as assigned

If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience 
  • Three to five years of experience
  • Treasury experience - financial institution
  • Mutual fund or investment company experience required

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner

  • Ability to delegate assignments daily

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of investments, financial and Treasury concepts and terminology

  • Microsoft suite power user with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
