Human Resources Manager (Human Resources)

The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. A strong understanding of employment law, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR best practices is essential. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is strongly preferred.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager supports and advances the human resources function by focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition, while assisting in the execution of broader general human resource responsibilities and contributing to strategic initiatives under the direction of the VP of HR / Admin. This position ensures that HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with the goals of the Credit Union. The HR Manager acts as a resource to employees and management, ensuring a positive employee experience while helping to build a strong, mission-driven workforce.
