Parts Coordinator (Sales)
Assists walk-in customers and callers with counter parts sales and technical support.
Prepare and process paperwork for parts transactions.
Sell and order parts.
Entering transactions into the company's business system and ensuring accurate invoicing.
Assist answering branch telephone calls as needed.
Other responsibilities include -
Oversee daily operation of the branch office.
Work with customers on quoting and invoicing service work and rentals.
Work with suppliers ordering parts, diagnosing service, filing warranty claims.
Open work orders, track labor and parts, dispatch technicians, close work orders.
Open, maintain, and invoice rental contracts.
