Timken Power Systems, Philadelphia Gear brand has a current opening for aCustomer Service Analystresponsible for pricing for outsourced product and services, researching bills of materials for legacy parts and equipment, creating the customer quote including delivery and payment terms and following up with the external sales force to ensure requirements are met. This role will also be guided by key metrics such as quote on-time, delivery performance, and profitability (margin expectations).
