Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)

We are looking for an experienced part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team and work alongside our Director of Facilities to perform general maintenance and necessary repairs around our community. Additionally, the experience to turn apartments to new move-in status such as painting, repairs, shampoo carpet (if necessary), etc. Our community strives to provide the best living environment for our residents!
