Pine Creek Care Center is on the lookout for a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator who can balance efficiency with empathy, and coordination with communication.

๐ŸŒŸ What You'll Do:

As our Staffing Coordinator, you'll be the go-to hero behind the scenes, making sure the right team members are in the right place at the right time. Here's what you'll be up to:

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Staffing & Scheduling:

  • Create and post monthly staff schedules
  • Track tardiness, absences, and help ensure adequate coverage
  • Handle employee calls regarding schedule and shift needs

๐Ÿ“‹ Administrative Support:

  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists and personnel files
  • Coordinate new hire documentation and staff certifications
  • Support HR and Nursing teams with modified duty scheduling, license verification, and performance tracking

๐Ÿ’ฌ Communication Hub:

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure staffing meets care needs
  • Respond to staff and applicant inquiries
  • Support staff orientation logistics and recordkeeping

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Other Duties Include:

  • Participating in committee meetings
  • Reporting and tracking labor trends
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and facility policies
  • Jumping in during emergencies or schedule crises with a calm head and a steady hand

โœ”๏ธ What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy and basic math skills required
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care staffing is a plus!
