Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide for the Wareham area to assist with our geriatric client who is in need of support.

Shifts Available:
Tuesday and Thursdays 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm

Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and mealsEncourage walking, exercisingProviding stimulating conversationActivitiesEncourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
