This isnt just about filling jobs its about delivering a white glove, red carpet recruitment experience to high-level candidates and internal partners. Youll help shape the future of Mays and LifeSpring and affiliates by bringing in the right people, at the right time, with professionalism and care.

What You Bring
5+ years of recruiting experience, sales, healthcare leadership and executive rolesExperience with home health, hospice, or healthcare operations is highly preferredA polished, relationship-first approach to candidate and hiring leader interactionsProven ability to manage complex searches with urgency and discretionExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsBachelors degree preferred (HR, Business, or Healthcare-related field)Has excellent observation and communication skills. Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
