Position Summary The Procurement and Pricing Manager will lead purchasing, inventory, and pricing operations across multiple warehouse locations. This position plays a key role in standardizing procurement practices, maintaining accurate item costing within our ERP system, and ensuring pricing consistency across all customer accounts. This role requires strong financial acumen, supply chain insight, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that align with HUB INCs overall strategic vision and long-term goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and support buyers across all warehouse locations to ensure consistent procurement procedures and inventory practices. Develop and implement standardized inventory management processes across all sites. Maintain accurate item costing in the ERP system, including purchase prices, freight, and related expenses. Manage and regularly update customer price books, ensuring pricing integrity and timely revisions. Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activity to improve inventory turnover and reduce obsolete or excess stock. Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing, terms, program incentives, and evaluating new product opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to stay informed on market trends and identify prospective vendors. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to forecast product needs and support strategic purchasing decisions. Ensure procurement operations adhere to internal controls, financial accuracy, and quality standards. Qualifications: 35 years of experience in purchasing, pricing, or inventory management, preferably in a multi-site or warehouse-based environment. Proficient in ERP systems with a strong understanding of item costing and pricing structures. Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; accuracy in pricing and data entry is essential. Experience supporting or managing operations across multiple locations is preferred. Advanced communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability and willingness to travel to warehouse locations and industry events as needed.
