The Role:
The HVAC Warranty Technician will complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install Department while establishing a positive relationship with the customer.
What You'll Do:

Complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install Department
Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and one-on-ones, and company events
Coordinate with HVAC Service and HVAC Install Departments
In slow season, run No Heat/No Cool service calls

What You'll Need:

Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
5+ year's Residential HVAC Experience Preferred
EPA Certification
High School Diploma/GED
