Accounting Specialist (Manufacturing)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices for payment.Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and process electronic payments and checks.Maintain accurate and organized financial records.Assist with month-end closing procedures.Communicate effectively with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
