Executive Administrative Assistant (Administrative)
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skills and 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level. This position requires sound judgment; attention to quality and detail; expert scheduling; and strong calendar management skills. The role requires exceptional planning, prioritization and communication skills as well as capacity to act with utmost discretion. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with change by being very flexible regarding his/her work schedule since requirements may develop beyond normal work schedule. Minimum of a high school diploma/GED is required. Bachelors degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce drafts of talking points and outlines in support of executive communications. Demonstrated ability to effectively execute meeting management Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram. Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from managers, employees, clients, and general public. Technically proficient in Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Highly discrete in managing confidential information. Articulate and proactive in discussing issues and sharing information. The ability to execute a variety of business/personal assignments with minimal supervision/direction. Self-Starter and able to take projects with minimum directions and run with them. Strategically prioritizes multiple tasks in a proactive manner. Principled and ethical; has the utmost integrity and is a positive example for others to emulate.
