Machinist/Lead Engineering Technician II (Finance)
YOU MUST HAVE
- Have practical experience working with engineering equipment
- Be able to find effective solutions based on root causes; and apply six sigma procedures
- Sound technical judgment and opinions
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions
WE VALUE
- Extensive experience Machining
- CNC Machining, Mill, Lathe
- Experience with Mazak CNC
- Extensive' experience utilizing: CNC Lathe and manual machines
- Additional background in Mill / Wire EDM / Waterjet / Welding / Tooling

- Maintains effective communication with customers in job pre-planning
- Interacts with team members to resolve day-to-day issues
- Tracks progress and drives completion of machine shop work request
- Good communications skills and can work well in a team environment
- Places and tracks all procurement orders
- Effectively communicates across multiple project teams, providing regular updates to internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Machine Shop) and tracking order and delivery status with external vendors and suppliers
