🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise the PM nursing team with excellence and compassion
• Guide and support CNAs and LVNs while ensuring quality care delivery
• Perform and oversee nursing assessments, care planning, and care implementation
• Ensure documentation and medication administration is accurate and up-to-date (PCC knowledge a must!)
• Be a point of contact for families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Help coordinate discharge planning and quality improvement efforts
• Pitch in where needed - teamwork makes the dream work!

🧠 What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license in good standing
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills

✅ Job Summary:

This RN Charge Nurse oversees the day-to-day nursing operations for the PM shift, including direct supervision of staff, care plan implementation, patient assessments, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include medication administration, team leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining quality care standards in alignment with federal, state, and facility policies. Familiarity with PCC and strong communication skills are essential. The role requires occasional administrative duties and emergency nursing support as needed.
