Intern-Maintenance Strategies (Finance)



JOB DESCRIPTION

What this Department does: The Maintenance Strategies department optimizes asset uptime and performance through the development and implementation of proactive, data-driven maintenance strategies that minimize unplanned downtime, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency and prioritize safety above all things.What You Will Bring:

Education:

Student actively enrolled in a degreed program and attending classes related to Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering with an expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2028

Experience/Specific Knowledge (what skills, classes, experience do they need to have)

  • Collaborate with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance concepts such as preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

What else you need to know:

Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person in our Lakewood office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.

Compensation And Other Benefits

  • $27.12-$31.01 USD Hourly
  • The final pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and working location. The total compensation package for this role may also include overtime pay, paid time off, a housing stipend and more.
  • You may be eligible for a stipend to subsidize housing costs

The fine print:
