Kruse Village is hiring Hospitality Aides to support our care team and residents while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). What Youll Do (AKA: Your Everyday Superpowers)
Support Resident Well-Being:
Assist residents with daily activities like meals, hydration, companionship, and mobilityno hands-on care required at this stage.
Provide warm, friendly interactions that brighten our residents' days.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Be a Key Part of the Team:
Work closely with CNAs and nurses to learn care routines and protocols.
Provide updates and observations about residents' well-being to the nursing team.
Pitch in where needed to help our community run smoothly.
Train to Become a CNA (Well Help!):
Enroll in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, fully supported by our team.
Receive hands-on experience and mentorship as you prepare to take your certification exam.
Transition to a CNA role with us upon successful completion!

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Great Attitude)
? No Experience? No Problem!
No CNA certification is required to startwell train you.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
A heart for helping others and a strong desire to grow in senior care.
? Skills & Strengths:
Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication skills and a warm, respectful approach with residents.
? Physical & Schedule Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident movement under supervision.
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.
